Canadian billionaire Steven Edmond's grandson was an aid volunteer in the former Yugoslavia. After he was murdered, Edmond sought revenge by hiring an ex-Vietnam special forces agent to hunt the killer down: Cal Dexter, ex-Vietnam Special Forces, the one man who could bring the killer to justice.
