Welcome to The Project 3:20 Podcast! Our very simple goal is to create an atmosphere of growth where anyone from every corner of the ministry world can come join with us in learning how to create, build, or strengthen that ministry whether personally or in the leadership of a group. Our hope is that doors will be opened to new possibilities of ministry growth through this podcast. Through leading this podcast we pledge to stay true to God's word and its message with a desire to open up seats at the table and create conversation within the modern church ministry.
